Payment Timing Policy
Service Bookings (Puja, Priest, Darshan, Astrology, Travel, Events): For all service bookings, your payment amount is authorized at the time of booking but is only charged after the service has been completed. No amount is deducted from the customer's account until the service provider confirms that the service has been successfully fulfilled. This ensures customer protection and service quality assurance.
Online Store (Physical Products): For product purchases through the Online Temple Store, payment is charged immediately at the time of purchase, as is standard for e-commerce transactions.
Pricing & Commission Model
TempleDrive operates on a transparent commission-based model. Service providers (temples, priests, astrologers, travel operators, merchants) set their own prices. TempleDrive charges a commission fee on each transaction for platform facilitation, technology infrastructure, payment processing, and customer support.

Legal & Compliance
Refund Policy Summary
Payment is collected immediately at the time of booking. You can cancel at any time and request a refund. Early cancellations receive a full refund; late cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- Physical Products: Full refund if cancelled before shipment. Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged/defective items.
- Puja Bookings: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before scheduled date. 80% refund (20% cancellation fee) within 48 hours. Non-refundable after performance.
- Priest Bookings: Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before. 80% refund (20% cancellation fee) within 72 hours. Non-refundable within 24 hours.
- Astrology: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before session. 80% refund (20% cancellation fee) within 24 hours.
- Travel Packages: Full refund if cancelled 15+ days before departure. 80% refund (20% cancellation fee) at 7–15 days. Non-refundable under 7 days.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
